After establishing the Laboratory of Metabolic Regulation and Genetics in January, Kivanç Birsoy will study how cells change their metabolism in the contexts of cancer, mitochondrial disorders, and inborn errors of metabolism. Ultimately, he hopes to develop therapies for these conditions. More »
