Powerlifting

It's better than bodybuilding. I'm doing starting strength. I've gained 15 lbs in 3 months. I've had a history of fitness my whole life. I'm now 6', 160 lbs. ALl indications is that this progress will continue. And my lung function has stabalized for the last year as well. Seriously. Powerlifting. Do it.
