EDUCATION: Breezing and Spotlight sessions for February

Feb. 19 – 10:00 MT/11:00 CT Breezing Along With the RML Business Communications: Library Style – The One Pager – Marty Magee – What can you do to help you and your library “stick” in peoples’ mind.   How about creating a quick one pager, identifying you, your skillset, and what services you offer?  And when and where can you use this?    If you’ve ever created one, send it to Marty Magee (mmagee@unmc.edu) and we’ll share a few of our members offerings as well! Resource Sharing: Jim Honour will be leading a discussion on best practices  in resource sharing for those librarians who have an interest in interlibrary loan, document delivery and other library mediated information services.   What best practices does your library use to ensure that health professionals and the public receive the health information they need in a timely and cost-effective manner? Participants are encouraged to share their favorite best practice during the session and why. If you share a best practice, it will be included in the next issue of the Plains to Peaks Newsletter along with your name, a short profile about yourself and your institution!
