Subarachnoid Hemorrhage With Ruptured Aneurysm at the Anterior Cerebral Artery in a Patient With Systemic Lupus Erythematous

We presented a 42-year-old systemic lupus erythematous patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage due to the rupture of the anterior cerebral artery aneurysm, which was treated by early surgical intervention.
