Report of a Rare Case of Hand Bony Involvement of Sarcoidosis in a Chinese Young Man

Here we describe a case of sarcoidosis, with a history of finger sprain after a trivial injury, and incidental finding of multiple bony involvement over the left hand after radiography and magnetic resonance imaging.
