Congenital Thenar Hypoplasia with Absent Radial Artery: A Case Report

We report a case of a boy with isolated right-sided congenital thenar hypoplasia meeting the clinical and radiological characteristics of Cavanagh syndrome with concurrent absence of the right radial artery.
