Quality of delivery care in Assiut University Hospital, Egypt: mothers’ satisfaction

Conclusion and recommendations: Although mothers’ satisfaction with provider competence was high, satisfaction with the interpersonal aspects of the quality of care and health information given during delivery care was low. Training the physicians about the communication and interpersonal skills and emphasizing the value of providing mothers with health information are highly recommended.
