Zygo's Super Finishing Capabilities

Zygo offers Super Finishing capabilities that produce extremely smooth surfaces over a wide power spectral density band. They also offer a Super Polishing process capable of producing a surface roughness of less than 0.1 nm over spatial periods ranging from 10 nm to 1 mm.
