Maintenance therapy with capecitabine in patients with resected pancreatic adenocarcinoma after adjuvant therapy: a retrospective cohort study.

CONCLUSIONS: In this retrospective study, patients with resected pancreatic adenocarcinoma who received adjuvant chemotherapy had improved OS and RFS with additional maintenance therapy with capecitabine.
