ECG of patient suffering from Tachycardia even after RadioFrequency Ablation

Following is the ECG of 52 yr old female with no previous heart problems.

She has undergone Radio Frequency Ablation just 20 days before the ECG.

Can anyone help with diagnosing what she might be suffering from?

Also, please suggest treatment. All details will be helpful.
