Yoga studies

Several studies on yoga presented at the recent CMSC (Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers) meeting in Indianapolis. A meta analysis found yoga was safe and better than no treatment for balance, pain, anxiety, depression, walking, fatigue, and quality of life.
