Candidate Baseline of SNOMED CT and ICNP Cooperative Project, Feedback due by July 10, 2015

A Candidate Baseline of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) and SNOMED CT Cooperative Project is now available. The release contains a bi-directional ICNP -- SNOMED CT nursing diagnoses (problems) equivalency table. This release should be evaluated in the context of the January 2015 SNOMED CT International Edition. Currently the Candidate Baseline is distributed for evaluation purposes only and should not be used in production clinical systems or in the clinical setting. The deadline for feedback is July 10, 2015 via the online feedback form.
