Batwing appearance – A neuroradiologic clue to glutaric aciduria-type 1

Diagnosis was confirmed by demonstrating elevated urinary glutaric acid and 3-hydroxyglutaric acid levels. Early diagnosis and adequate dietetic therapy can prevent most of the neurological symptoms.
