Request for Applications: Career Enhancement Projects in Myeloma (DF/HCC SPORE in Multiple Myeloma)

The DF/HCC Lymphoma and Myeloma Program seeks applications for a Career Enhancement Award in Myeloma Research. Funding has been provided through a grant from the National Cancer Institute in the form of a Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE), awarded to the Lymphoma and Myeloma Program of DF/HCC. Application Deadline: July 1, 2015Award Amount: up to $43,000 direct cost for one year Eligible candidates are those who are in their final year of clinical fellowship or postdoctoral fellowship (MD, PhD or MD/PhD required). A track record of interest in myeloma research is required. The awardees will receive funding up to $43,000 direct cost for one year, which can be used for salary and/or support of research at DF/HCC, or outside participating institutions. The individual would become a member of the DF/HCC Myeloma SPORE. Women and minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
