Ovarian Immature Teratoma With Gliomatosis Peritonei and Pleural Glial Implant: A Case Report

We present a case of ovarian immature teratoma with both gliomatosis peritonei and pleural glial implant in a 4-year-old girl. Glial emboli were present in the pleural implant, suggesting lymphovascular dissemination might be the cause of extra-abdominal glial implantation.
