Diagnosis and Treatment of Traumatic Pericallosal Aneurysm: Report of 2 Cases

This report adds to our ability to identify traumatic pericallosal aneurysm in the early period. The primary goals in the treatment are early identification and intervention to prevent bleeding. Traumatic aneurysms are fragile, prone to rupture, and represent a challenging subset of vascular lesions for either surgery or endovascular therapy. It is unclear whether surgical clipping or endovascular coiling is the best treatment option for this type of aneurysm.
