Diphtheria-toxin based anti-human CCR4 immunotoxin for targeting human CCR4 cells

In this study we have successfully developed three versions of diphtheria-toxin based anti-human CCR4 immunotoxins (monovalent, bivalent and single-chain fold-back diabody).
