Escitalopram in treatment of antiandrogen-related mood disturbance in a patient with chronic schizophrenia and adenocarcinoma of the prostate
Few studies have been conducted on depression in patients receiving androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer. Here, we report a case of depression, induced by androgen deprivation therapy, and treated with escitalopram in a chronic schizophrenia patient.
